WORK-LIFE BALANCE
TRANSFORMATION WITH DR. DONNIE HUTCHINSON
This 3-hour workshop explores the health and wellness qualities that make for successful staff at work and home. Participants will learn how and why they must put their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs first. They will learn that the more they care for themselves, the better they will be able to serve their communities and families. Participants will take part in interactive activities and discussions to identify who and what is important in their lives and how to begin aligning their day-to-day behaviors with their priorities.
Dr. Donnie’s workshop teaches staff how to build, implement, and sustain a Work-Life Balance Transformation plan:
· Participants will learn that work-life balance is about being successful at work, at home, and with their health and well-being.
· Participants will learn how to align their day-to-day behaviors with their priorities in life.
· Participants will create a tactical project plan to take home and begin putting this new knowledge into action.
Dr. Donnie Hutchinson is recognized as a top work-life balance speaker, author, and online coach who works with firefighters, police officers, and EMS first responders. Dr. Donnie works with individuals and departments on self-care and work-life balance strategies to help them be effective at work and at home. Dr. Donnie teaches you the knowledge, then takes you step-by-step with strategies and tactics.
