Welcome to Solace Massage and Wellness LLC, the solo massage practice owned and operated by Beth Lopez, LMT. Located at 36 Main Street, East Hartford, CT. Conveniently located right over the Glastonbury line, I am in a shared space with April & Company Hair Salon and A Midas Touch Med Spa.

Whether you're looking to reduce muscle tension, restore balance to the mind and body, or simply unwind, I'm here to be of service. I offer private sessions at my practice and on-site chair massage services for corporate or private events.

Beth Lopez

Hi! I’m Beth Lopez, licensed massage therapist and owner of Solace Massage and Wellness LLC. I provide highly skilled and relaxing therapeutic massage. I’ve worked in luxury spas, alongside chiropractors, and in the community at various events. I’m excited to expand my private practice.

I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2003 and continue my education with ongoing training which has included prenatal massage, cupping, ethics, aromatherapy, and shamanic energy work. I'm passionate about learning new modalities that expand the variety of tools I have to offer my clients.

I love working with my clients to help determine their goals for each session. Whether it’s stress relief or helping them to over come an injury, I feel massage is an important element in today’s hectic environment. Take time for yourself, and feel more present in your body during a massage with me.
