Valerie Cinkovic Promoted to HR Director at Accounting Resources, Inc.
Glastonbury, CT – (February 13, 2025) – Accounting Resources, Inc. (ARI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Valerie Cinkovic to the position of Human Resources Director. Since joining ARI nearly three years ago, Valerie has been instrumental in expanding the company’s HR practice and enhancing its internal HR infrastructure.
With over a decade of experience in the human resources field, Valerie has a proven track record of advising growing businesses on a myriad of HR issues ranging from employee relations, performance related matters, compliance and training. Her prior career as an attorney has afforded her deep knowledge of HR and employment legal issues, earning her credibility and trust with clients.
Before joining ARI, Valerie served as the Principal Consultant of VMC Consulting, where she advised businesses in employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, and strategic planning. She also held a senior-level position with the Healthcare Innovations Division of Almost Family, Inc., advising division leadership on legal compliance, risk management, employee relations, HR policies, and succession planning. Valerie holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.

She manages an active portfolio of accounts, ensuring responsiveness and consistently delivering high-quality results to clients.
